Rolled Oat & Banana Cookies

These cookies come in at about 76 calories per cookie. Made with fresh ingredients, fast and easy to make. I’m not going to lie, they aren’t sugary sweet by any means, but if you’re looking for a more full-filling cookie 🍪 no pun intended these may work for you. Added bonus, they are healthy!

These would make a great base for additional flavor such as a dark cocoa powder, or perhaps pumpkin spice or nutmeg.

RECIPE:

2 over ripe bananas

1 cup whole grain rolled oats

2 tsp cinnamon

2 tsp vanilla extract

TO MAKE:

Preheat over to 350 degrees

Mash bananas well, stir in vanilla extra, and add cinnamon and oats, mix well.

place a dollop of cookie dough on parchment paper or cookie sheet.

Bake for 18-20 mins

Recipe should make about 8 decent sized cookies.
